Shipping & Returns
Due to the impacts of COVID-19, some items purchased during this time may be delayed. We are doing our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Please be advised that shipping carriers worldwide are experiencing reduced shipping services and delivery delays.
You will receive an email with your tracking information/details when your order has been shipped.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please allow for 2-4 weeks shipping. You will receive an email notification once your item has been shipped out along with a tracking number.
US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All US and international orders are subject to duties and taxes, as well as clearance by customs which may cause delay in the delivery of your package.
All customs duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must return unused, unwashed and original condition.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at email@example.com.
Tell us what size you would like to exchange your item for. If the new item is not in stock, you can substitute for another item with the same price, or receive a store credit of equal value.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an invoice via email for the shipping charge to send the exchanged size to you. Once paid, your item will be sent within 2-3 weeks.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
This includes the postage to get a new package sent to you, and any customs duties or taxes imposed on packages during shipment.
